customs user fees, airport facility charges, excess baggage charges,
foods, beverages not on the menu of table meals, lunches,
sightseeing tours not specifically included in the

A written cancellation must be submitted at 60 days prior to departure from the U.S. After departure, any
unused portions of any tour itinerary, including hotel
accommodations, sightseeing tours, extra hotel nights, airfare or
other items included in the tour are non-refundable.
Travel Insurance Travel Documents It is responsibility
of each passenger to obtain a passport valid at least six months and
visas for the countries to be visited. Air Transportation All
international air service is on
regularly schedule airlines, and is include in the price of the tour.
The airfare of the tour is guaranteed on deposit. Airfare inclusive
rates are based on advance purchase and may be subject to certain
airlines restrictions. Upgrade to business or first class air travel can
be arranged, and the appropriate supplement will be advised on request.
Accommodations Hotel offered in
conjunction with our tour is a superior first class with classifications
of the OHRG. Room accommodation is provided at the hotel in run-of-house
category, unless otherwise indicated.

upon payment of a single room supplement. Meals As indicated in the

airlines, bus companies, railroads, ship lines, or contractors providing
accommodations, transportation or other services to the client. The
client is advised that THAILAGT purchases such transportation, hotel
accommodations, restaurant and other services from various independent
suppliers who are not affiliated with THAILAGT. THAILAGT makes every
effort to choose the best suppliers of the aforementioned services,
however THAILAGT has no right to control the operations of these agents
and as a result, CANNOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY
DAMAGE OR OTHER CLAIM, which may occur as the result of: (1) the
wrongful, negligent or arbitrary acts or omissions on the part of the
independent supplier, agent, its employees or others who are not under
the direct control or supervision of THAILAGT; (2) defects or failures
of any vessel, aircraft, vehicle or other instrumentality which is under
the control of an independent supplier; or (3) loss, injury or damage to
person, property or otherwise, resulting directly or indirectly from any
Acts of God, dangers incident to the sea, fore, breakdown machinery or
equipment, or wars ( whether declared or not), hostilities, civil
disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, medical epidemics,
quarantines, or customs regulation, defaults, delays or cancellations of
or change in itinerary of schedules, or from any causes beyond THAI LA GOLF TOUR
