Tour Price Does Not Include:

Foreign airport taxes, international air transportation tax, U.S. immigration and customs user fees, airport facility charges, excess baggage charges, foods, beverages not on the menu of table  meals, lunches, sightseeing tours not specifically included in the itinerary. Laundry, Insurance, or any other item of a personal nature not specifically mentioned herein. Passports, Gratuities to your tour director, tour driver, local city guides and caddy.
 


Cancellation

A written cancellation must be submitted at 60 days prior to departure from the U.S.

120 days prior to commencement of services: 50% of total price will be charged.
60 days prior to commencement of services: the remaining balance must be paid.
No refund is giving. If cancellation is made within 60 days of departure date.

After departure, any unused portions of any tour itinerary, including hotel accommodations, sightseeing tours, extra hotel nights, airfare or other items included in the tour are non-refundable.
 


Travel Insurance

A Travel Accident Insurance is provided for everyone, please see details
We strongly recommend that you insure your vacation against cancellation or unexpected as a result of an accident, illness, etc. Please contact us for further information.
 


Travel Documents

It is responsibility of each passenger to obtain a passport valid at least six months and visas for the countries to be visited.
 


Air Transportation

All international air service is on regularly schedule airlines, and is include in the price of the tour. The airfare of the tour is guaranteed on deposit. Airfare inclusive rates are based on advance purchase and may be subject to certain airlines restrictions. Upgrade to business or first class air travel can be arranged, and the appropriate supplement will be advised on request.
 


Accommodations

Hotel offered in conjunction with our tour is a superior first class with classifications of the OHRG. Room accommodation is provided at the hotel in run-of-house category, unless otherwise indicated. Accommodation id based on two persons sharing a twin-bedded room with private bath. Single rooms are available upon payment of a single room supplement.
 


Meals

As indicated in the itinerary, they are based on buffet meals and table Special meals and entertainment are included as shown in the itinerary.
 


Baggage

Economy Class:  Maximum of two pieces of baggage. The total baggage size, measured separately and added together, cannot exceed 273 cm (107 in.) The sum of the three dimensions of each individual piece cannot exceed 158 cm (62 in.) and the weight of each piece cannot exceed 23 kg (50 lb.). per piece.


Responsibility

Thai LA Golf Tour. in Los Angeles, California and all affiliates ( hereinafter referred to as “THAILAGT” ) act only in the capacity of an agent for the hotels, airlines, bus companies, railroads, ship lines, or contractors providing accommodations, transportation or other services to the client. The client is advised that THAILAGT purchases such transportation, hotel accommodations, restaurant and other services from various independent suppliers who are not affiliated with THAILAGT. THAILAGT makes every effort to choose the best suppliers of the aforementioned services, however THAILAGT has no right to control the operations of these agents and as a result, CANNOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR OTHER CLAIM, which may occur as the result of: (1) the wrongful, negligent or arbitrary acts or omissions on the part of the independent supplier, agent, its employees or others who are not under the direct control or supervision of THAILAGT; (2) defects or failures of any vessel, aircraft, vehicle or other instrumentality which is under the control of an independent supplier; or (3) loss, injury or damage to person, property or otherwise, resulting directly or indirectly from any Acts of God, dangers incident to the sea, fore, breakdown machinery or equipment, or wars ( whether declared or not), hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, medical epidemics, quarantines, or customs regulation, defaults, delays or cancellations of or change in itinerary of schedules, or from any causes beyond THAI LA GOLF TOUR ‘s control.
